Chicken in a Coffin

And here is how Giovanna did the Chicken in a Coffin.
The crust had 7 cups of flour, 2 1/2 cups of salt and 3 cups water to make a dough. Roll it out and leave it sit for 10 minutes
Then rub the chicken with herbs.
Set the chicken on the dough and close it up inside the dough. Don't leave any holes. It'll look something like this:







Then it is put on a bed of ash.

And then you bury it with coals first and then dirt.



And two hours later you get a yummy, salty chicken.
